-Partner with the Agile Transformation Lead to understand the needs of the Enterprise while also considering the unique needs
-Will use influencing skills to effectively drive process implementation, standardization and simplification
-Will be responsible for coaching and developing a team of Software Engineers
-Excellent communication and partnership skills will be used when interacting and communicating with key stakeholders and customers at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes.
-Assist Scrum and Kanban teams to improve delivery performance through coaching and mentoring on team roles, tools, processes and ceremonies.
-Identify opportunities for continuous operational and/or team improvements
-Advance Business, IT and Operations leadership’s understanding of their respective roles within Agile
-Impart external agile industry knowledge
-Provide training/workshops, as needed and support for all Agile Communities of Practice
-Consults on and utilizes the latest rapid development or other non-sequential project methodologies.
-Serves as subject matter expert on Agile development methods and processes; including SAFE
-Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are performing
-Ensure cross-team coordination
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 3 Years of Software Development
At least 5 Years of Project/Process Management experience
At least 3 Years of People Management experience
- At least 10 years of Project/Process Management experience
- Experiencing implementing SAFE
- PMP, Lean, Agile, Scrum or Six Sigma certification
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem solving and influencing skills
- Master’s Degree
