Under general direction, performs confidential and administrative assignments for team. Within established guidelines, makes independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling of the incumbent's own work.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Answers general inquiries under established guidelines.
Distributes requests for information, tracks elaborate progress and follows up on actions taken.
Completes typing assignments that include correspondence, forms, tables, proposals, and somewhat complex reports, using proper grammar and punctuation.
Updates manuals, team learnings portfolio, reports and spreadsheets.
Arranges meetings and schedules appointments.
May take notes (or dictation) during meetings and produce minutes.
Assists the team with routing agreements for internal signatures as well as preparing appropriate cover letter and packet for vendor countersignature.
Conducts weekly follow ups with vendors regarding agreements pending vendor countersignature.
· Migrating approx. 1,200 pieces of content from one system to the other
· Testing validation / repair of links once migrated
· Validation of Business Profile migration and updating where necessary
· Validation of User Profile migration, access and updating where necessary
Outlook,SharePoint use, Internet/Web utilization, Microsoft Office suite computer literacy, Electronic data and file management /manipulation.
