DAILY DUTIES:

  1. Receive faxing from Cashpro
  2. Create workflows (move emails to a system that creates workflows)
  3. may be asked to work on suspense (as needed)
  4. Process daily transaction (payments and advances on Loan IQ) 
  5. Transactions will be sent for approvals

MUST HAVES:

  1. Intermediate accounting background (education or working knowledge acceptable)
  2. Flexibility 
  3. Attention to detail

NICE-TO-HAVES:

  1. Commercial loan knowledge
  2. Loan IQ knowledge
  3. Previous experience with live links, Datascan and/or LIQ
  4. Working knowledge/Experience with excel and access
  5. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared BMO screening

EDUCATION:

  1. High School is sufficient
