Duties:

The Workforce Management Scheduling Coordinator partners and supports multiple business groups & product workflows within the organization. Schedulers are held accountable to strategize the sourcing of Business Solution Consultants, Virtual Implementation Consultants, Forms Fullfillment, Field Service resources and Network Managers to properly align with project dates and request types. 

 

Role execution:

  • Analyze and forecast resource capacity
  • Strategize and plan resources across multiple workflows
  • Execute problem solving and decision making techniques to optimize capacity and execute assignments types for Rush installs as well as standard projects
  • Ability to analyze start dates based on project needs to ensure accuracy, meet date expectations and sustain workload balance.
  • Adaptable to continuous changes and process improvements
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, quick turn queue environment
