Position Title:   ACC Process Management Support

Position Summary:

Handles Executive Escalation Management - Initiates action to ensure the correct group is contacted in order to resolve issues/escalations and follow up to closure; Handles special projects assigned as needed by management; Manages general administrative duties.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Requires high degree of accuracy and follow through

  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Excellent Excel proficiency
  • Problem analysis and problem solving skills
  • knowledge of general accounting and finance principles
  •  knowledge of customer accounts receivable and billing
