Position Title: Customer Support - CMS-UA
- Customer call receipt first point of contact for Customers for problem recording.
- Customer verification, problem validation and documentation.
- Ticket Management.
- Status customer on a regular basis.
- Manage escalations.
- Adhere to SLAs, processes and tools.
- Basic trouble shooting routers/circuits.
