Job Summary: Process Management Support
- Executive Escalation Management
- Initiates action to ensure the correct group is contacted in order to resolve issues/escalations and follow up to closure
- Handles special projects assigned as needed by management
- Manages general administrative duties
- Project Management experience processing & collaborating with provisioning teams using interpersonal effectiveness and listening skills.
- Customer service skills with proven problem solving, decision making, and conflict management experience.
- Time management proficiency.
- Provisioning back ground with end-to-end account management.
- Ability to Handle Multiple Projects
- Excellent Analytical Skills
