- Documentation Specialist Works with Operation Effectiveness Team to document business processes, VOC (Voice of Customer), update user manuals, technical documentation and other documents as needed.
- Ability to observe and capture business processes
- Ability to observe and interview business teams to gain understanding of their business processes
- Assist with designing of new business processes
- Deliver comprehensive process maps in timely manner
- Capture and compile process reporting, data and metrics
- Proficiency with process modeling tools (MS Visio, MS Office, and IBM Blueworks)
- Lean Six Sigma methodology experience preferred
- Team player and goal oriented
- Excellent communication and follow up skills.
- Familiarity with AGILE methodology
