Internet Security Specialist - Senior 
•    Assist with the configuration and development of critical platforms for Email security and business processes 
•    Strong customer service focus to successfully interact with end-users and peer teams 
•    Mentor and train junior engineers in processes and tasks related to email security 
•    Solid understanding of authentication controls such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and S/MIME Digital signatures. 
•    Experience with rule/policy development, URL/Attachment defense, Virus/Spam defense, Quarantined email processing, Sandbox containment, Log Analysis and Tracking, and other general security principles 
•    Solid understanding of event correlation and forensic investigation to identify threat vectors and indicators of compromise (IOC) 
•    Perform various activities as they relate to Email Security: 
o    Identify gaps and vulnerabilities across the enterprise, and remediate or escalate as needed 
o    Assist with operational and compliance activities 
o    Identify and dispute/report false positives/negatives to vendors 
o    Maintain processes and procedures documentation (Run Books) 
o    Data analysis of reports and logs to identify root causes of incidents 
o    Commitment to continuous process improvement 

•    3-5 years of Information security experience 
•    Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment; and make data driven decisions 
•    Experience working on tickets within an enterprise ticketing system (i.e. ServiceNow) 
•    Experience with email security concepts SPF, DKIM, DMARC and S/MIME encryption and digital signatures 
•    Solid Email Security and Networking experience- TCP/IP, Firewalls, DNS, SMTP, HTTP/S, PKI, Load Balancing 
•    Technical understanding of certificates, encryption, SSL and TLS 
•    Data analysis of email gateway log, security logs, or reporting data in Excel or Access 
•    Experience supporting and trouble-shooting web isolation and proxy technologies a plus 
•    Linux, regex, Active Directory and LDAP knowledge a plus 
•    Ability to communicate technical topics with business and technology peers 
•    Ability to follow processes and methodologies in support of business and security objectives 
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills 
•    Ability to collaborate with technically and culturally diverse teams 
•    Ability to support 24x7x365 on-call rotation as needed 
•    Financial/Banking experience preferred 

Educational requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Security, or Information Technology, or equivalent work experience required 
Preferred Additional: Industry recognized security certifications including CISM, CISSP, CSSLP, and CEH are considered a plus. Experience in Regular Expression, scripting and/or automation.
