Job Summary: The Business Analyst will serve as a bridge to solve issues and complete projects between Operations Benefits Compliance Center of Excellence and Technical divisions.
This individual will assist the the Benefits Compliance Center of Excellence Product Team in managing projects, trouble shooting technical issues related to EEO-1, Affordable Health Care (ACA) and various state level reporting systems. Additionally, this individual will be tasked with reporting team progress on various goals, ad hoc reports required to verify compliance and general assessment of team statistics. This individual will need to assist the technical development team in product design and testing, including UAT. When technical changes are implemented, this role would communicate such changes to the team and answer questions on impact.
A successful candidate will be a self-starter, intellectually curious and have a proven ability to seek out and develop innovative approaches to business problems/opportunities. Given the legal and compliance implications involved in the tasks performed by the COE, a quick turnaround on day-to-day business critical responsibilities is essential.
A successful candidate must possess advanced excel skills as well as database knowledge.
Desired skills include:
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills;
- Familiarity with WFN, EV4, Henry/Salesforce, Clarify and other internal systems (a plus);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Should be able to handle multiple tasks in parallel;

- Should be able learn quickly different products.
