POSITION: Quality Review Analyst 
LOB: US Collections: default/ bankruptcy 

DURATION: 6 Months

HOURS: 40 hours/week – 8am-5pm 

LOCATION: Brookfield, WI - 180 N Executive Drive - BRK-180
Dress Code: Business Casual 

GROUP/PROJECT INFO: 
Responsible for reviewing and analyzing bankruptcy & (possibly Foreclosure) workflow and documentation in the Default workflow management system to ensure compliance standards as prescribed by BMO Harris, bankruptcy and foreclosure requirements, and state and federal bank regulations.

CULTURE: 
This is an open and collaborative role, but everyone is expected to complete assignments timely. There are policies and procedures that need to be followed. Training will be provided

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
•    Documentation review
•    Review default workflow for bankruptcy
•    Adhere to compliance
•    Data Entry and verification of system information
•    Validation of submission of credit bureau updates and maintenance requests
•    Compare and verify critical dates; review court docket to validate case status
•    Adhoc request as needed

TOP SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
•    2-3 years’ worth of experience within an administration/processing environment. 
•    Data entry experience – with a high attention to detail ( please attach a data test if available). 
•    MS Office experience – solid knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, V look ups)
•    Audit/Compliance experience 

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
•    Banking/FI experience
•    Prior experience in a bankruptcy, foreclosure or legal support role

•    Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity
•    Strong problem solving skills 

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: 
• High School Diploma 
• University/Undergraduate degree preferred
