Marketing Support Manager

Job Summary:

You will need to work with internal product and business partners to understand what specific communications are needed, and the optimal way to deliver the message. The ultimate result of these efforts will be a service communications program that effectively communicates important information to customers in the most efficient way possible. You are an expert in marketing communications and you will be recognized as an authority in the organization. You will be supported by a team of subject matter experts, and a world-class set of agency resources.

Duties:

  • Interface with company management, product, legal and advertising departments and/or advertising agencies to develop and implement communications programs
  • Developing targeting criteria and writing system requirements to ensure the right messaging is delivered to the right customer at the right time
  • Developing clear and compelling customer messaging and creative executions
  • Maintaining working knowledge of product and or offer functional areas to be able to integrate and communicate that information effectively within customer communications
  • Evaluating and assessing executed campaigns impact on the business and adjusting plans as needed to optimize performance
  • Understanding and applying company and legal policies, procedures and regulations to resolve issues

Desired Skills/ Experience:

  • Three years marketing or marketing communications experience
  • Project management skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills and proven ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Analytical thinking
  • Technical / data experience to write requirements for campaign targeting
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • Four or more years marketing or marketing communications experience
  • Knowledge of Mobility and Entertainment Group products and services
  • Direct marketing skills
  • Technical experience writing campaign targeting requirements
  • Knowledge of telecommunications and entertainment industries, regulations, and terminology
