Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary: Our client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst, passionate about solving complex business problems, to join the team as an individual contributor. You will be responsible for scoping projects, gathering requirements, vendor evaluation, technology and process architecture, solution deployments to support multiple, interdependent business processes of the Global Enablement organization.

Duties:

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and maintain business and technical requirements documents
  • Process map the as-is and to-be business processes
  • Architect solutions to business problems with use of technology and business process engineering
  • Deploy technology systems and business process for the Global Enablement business
  • Partner with IT, Trailhead and any other teams contributing towards your deployments
  • Provide hands-on expert consultation to your team members, including developers, support staff on technical issues
  • Develop and document technology and operational best practices
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the business problems you solve
  • Design and manage the execution of E2E and UAT test plans and ensure a quality solution is delivered
  • Support multiple projects with dependencies, simultaneously
  • Articulate complex technical matters in easy to understand, business facing terms
  • Derive insights based on data from your deployments to further optimize our business processes
  • Demonstrate leadership and business acumen by anticipating business needs and are able to respond with alternative solutions when business priorities change
     

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems
  • 3-5 years of technology consulting or similar relevant industry experience
  • 3+ years in a technical or functional project lead role
  • Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience presenting to senior-level leadership or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Experience managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of business solutions (CRM implementation experience a big plus)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
