Specialized Software Developer III

Job Summary: Candidate will work with a team responsible for developing new commission plans, enhancing existing plans, and triaging issues for commissionable groups. Candidate will be required to work both independently and with internal/ external team members depending on assigned work.

Duties:

• Analyze requirements for feasibility and provide level of effort
• Working with Data Integration, Reporting, and Workflow teams, to design comprehensive solutions based on requirements
• Configure module based on design identified including but not limited to: creating or updating rules, formulas, and rule elements
• Identify test scenarios, execute unit testing, and document results
• Document migrations and migrate configurations from lower environments to production
• Assist with developing or provide support for system integration testing and user acceptance testing
• Troubleshoot defects/ production issues within module and drive to resolution

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Hands-on configuration experience and knowledge of enterprise commission systems (Callidus experience required)
• Strong Technical Skills (intermediate or higher SQL skills and basic programming, strong excel a plus)
• Ability to take initiative and is highly motivated to quickly learn the system and business
• Ability to communicate and work with internal/ external and technical/ non- technical team members
• Ability to analyze problems and datasets to quickly identify and implement comprehensive solutions to complex problems
• Ability to work on multiple assignments in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines
