Business Systems Analyst IV

Job Summary: The candidate will ensure that all business requirements are correctly included in the solutions being developed for new and existing customers. You will also lead the development and testing of all use cases to verify that all functionalities are working as designed.

Duties:

• Facilitate sessions with business stakeholders to elicit and document business processes, business requirements, business rules, data and systems needed for both solutions
• Analyze process improvements and business process changes
• Forecasting and results tracking/reporting
• Partner with development team to create technical solutions to business problems
• Collaborate with the marketing team, device team and IT to develop test plans needed for both solutions
• Create and manually execute test cases, analyze the results, and document findings
• Report bugs and errors to the development team pre and post launch
• Perform other business analyst / UAT related duties as required
• Participate in cross-brand migration meetings; provide weekly updates to AW leadership team

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Strong background and extensive experience in Telecommunications (highly regulated industry, preferred)
• Experience in large scale billing platform migrations
• Knowledge of software and database testing
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with developers, project managers, and customer support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience as a User Acceptance Tester or a similar role
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience managing simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to adapt to change
• Supervisory experience required
