HR Operations Analyst

Job Summary: The HR Operations Analyst works across the function to develop, improve and execute operational processes that enable our shared success. This is a detail oriented role that works with high degree of autonomy to manage priorities while maintaining strong communication.


• Lead efforts to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the department
• Manage reorganization and reduction in force processes in partnership with Business Partners and HR Advisors
• Project manage transition to Manager Self Service environment, creating consistency across the enterprise
• Design and generate reporting to provide insight into trends and productivity
• Maintain org charts and identify solutions to automate the process and ensure consistency/accuracy
• Manage VISA process and immigration related matters with outside counsel
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with legal standards and internal requirements
• Maintain employee files and handle general document requests

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 3-5 years of Human Resources experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field, additional years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and high integrity
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
