Finance Manager

Duties: 

  • Help hands on with building the WW Sales and Marketing blueprint, support the cost envelope, maintain, and enhance complex WW profitability models 
  • Work with senior leaders and restructuring data 
  • Partner with key stakeholders: senior business leaders, leaders across Field and Corp as well as other Finance stakeholders within the company 
  • Report to the Strategy lead of WW Global Sales, Marketing and Operations (GSMO) Strategy Team, and be a key part of the team, contributing to making critical decisions to drive business impact 
  • Manage and prioritizing multiple inputs, tasks and stakeholders, sometimes under tight deadlines 
  • Work with various sources to pull data in real time 
  • Own the maintenance, improvement and roll-over part of various models (e.g. Cost of Sales, Productivity), PBI dash-boards/ PBI desktop and various field portals

Desired Skills/Experience:  

  • 5-7 years of experience; Bachelor’s degree in finance, technical degree or engineering
  • Experienced in Excel
  • Must be advanced excel modeler
  • Experienced finance professional
  • Technically skilled within finance world
  • Project management capabilities
  • Experience with data cubes and data lakes
  • PowerBI experience 
  • Ability to joggle with multiple differently structured cubes and data lakes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to fully own models, including continued maintenance and implementation of required improvements based on feedback
  • Strong business modeling capabilities, experience in building complex, multi-sourced models in ways that enable easy/ automated quarterly and yearly roll-overs
  • Passion to solve problems, working at multiple altitudes, from strategic and high-level framing to detailed analysis.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, ability to abstract and synthesize data & industry information 
  • Leadership skills, proactively driving and delivering high-impact results through both individual and v-team effort
  • Eager to learn fast and earn the team’s trust through proven expertise and reliability
