Your Day to Day: 

  • Consistently meet with new and existing Fortune 500 client to sell them KellyMitchell IT staffing services
  • Use a relationship-based sales approach to establish long term relationships with Hiring Managers through weekly client meetings (lunches, happy hours, coffee meetings, etc.)
  • Generate sales revenue by prospecting new accounts through LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Bring in weekly job requisitions and ensure qualified candidates are submitted to each position  
  • Partner with Recruiters to ensure all candidates are prepped prior to client interview(s)
  • Follow sales process to consistently hit and exceed weekly goals
  • Operate as the main point of contact for all account communication and issue escalation/resolution  
  • Accountable for account performance and supplier scorecard metrics
  • Lead and mentor Recruiters by assisting in the sourcing and screening processes as necessary  

Requirements: 

  • Proven track record in a competitive sales environment 
  • Expert communication skills with the ability to maintain and build relationships  
  • Positive attitude paired with passion and drive to be successful
  • High energy and competitive nature that seeks results and personal accountability for sales
  • Experience selling staffing solutions, professional services, and IT solutions is a plus 
  • Local to Austin, TX
  • Bachelor's degree required
