Project Manager 

Duties:

  • Implementation of the technology and supporting business processes for Employee and Manager Self Service, Long Term Incentive, Bonus Program and Spot awards, global applicant tracking system, Time Entry, Onboarding
  • Development and implementation of integrations to multiple payroll systems, data warehouse and additional vendor systems
  • Creation and management of project plan in an approved tool
  • Issues and Risks tracking
  • Budget management
  • Internal resource management –mainly HR and IT employees involved in the projects
  • External vendor management
  • Status reporting to project executives/sponsors/steering committee as well as the PMO
  • Meeting coordination and facilitation

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, including at least one project leading an HR technology initiative and experience directing technical teams
  • Strong business analysis skills and Process driven mindset, including ability to interpret business requirements into technical requirements and vice versa
  • Experience working with global teams; flexibility to participate in meetings outside the 8 AM- 5 PM central timeframe as needed.
  • Experience creating, maintaining and contributing to cutover plans
  • Strong budget management skills
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization—entry level to executives
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Collaborative work style and positive attitude
  • Willingness to jump in, and support the project in roles outside typical PM activities
  • Agreement to comply with confidentiality requirements; viewing employee data will be expected, and employee confidentiality must be maintained
