Training Manager

$50.00-$65.00 (est. hourly)

Job Summary: 
Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their hybrid team who will be responsible for ensuring all operational teams within the organization have the proper training and support in order to operate and maintain the company's own 5G mobile network! The role will perform fit gap analysis against current processes and job responsibilities and newly proposed processes and determine additional training needed. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with each operations training department to ensure correct job types have been trained on new job responsibilities.

Duties:
  • Evaluate existing training and operational processes in place and what additional training is needed for resources to perform modified or new processes as a result of the build out of the organization's network
  • Determine wireless industry training required by job title and role
  • Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress
  • Recommend training materials and methods
  • Create training schedules for all impacted departments for 5G mobile network build, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records
Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, communications, business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years training experience 
  • 5+ years in wireless related industry experience 
  • Ability to tailor communication strategy based on audience
  • Communicates with executive leadership and other stakeholders on program strategy, direction and changes
  • Experience designing and improving customer experience for new lines of business and/or major initiatives
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting customer interactions data to identify requirements and information useful in optimizing customer experience
  • Ability to work independently without supervision and guidance
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to define key performance indicators/metrics
  • Ability to effectively analyze and interpret data
  • Ability to document, prepare, and deliver data-driven presentations
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
