Project Manager

Job Summary: Manages, coordinates, leads projects from initiation through delivery. Responsible for meeting the project requirements and managing project scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk. Serve as a liaison between all the cross functional teams. 

Duties:
  • Receives and manages incoming customer calls
  • Work with Windows-based applications, Word and Excel 
  • Provide quality customer service to small and midsized corporations
  • Problem solve
  • Complete and submit customer changes or modifications to existing or new accounts
  • Diffuse upset customers
  • Resolve rate concerns and billing inquiries within a timely manner
  • Meet departmental standards and expectations set forth by the department manager
  • Meet criteria for daily call averages and call statistics individually and as a team
  • Return mail and written correspondence from customers must be completed

Desired Skills/Experience:  
  • Customer service skills. 
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute and must have the ability to multitask 
  • Ability to adapt to changes in process and procedures as implemented 
  • Understand  products, services, offers, rates, and billing
  • Knowledgeable in telecommunications terms and our network
  • Ability to read, decipher, and explain invoices to our customers 
  • Project Management experience processing and collaborating with provisioning teams using interpersonal effectiveness and listening skills 
  • Time management proficiency 
  • Telecom experience collaborating with Local Exchange Carriers and various management levels within internal and external organizations 
  • Provisioning back ground with end-to-end account management
