Junior Web Analytics Trainer

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Web Analyst to join our Based in Indianapolis Global Marketing Decision Science team. You will lead all training & enablement for Google Analytics 360 and web analytics. You will be at the forefront of ensuring that our marketers are infusing web analytics insights into their marketing strategies and tactics. You will work within a collaborative, cross functional team responsible for delivering an always-on, robust web analytics platform and ensuring that the organization gets maximum value out of it. We're looking for someone with a passion for educating, gets a sense of fulfillment out of solving problems to make others' lives better, and is unafraid to ask questions


  • Leading all training and enablement efforts for Google Analytics 360/web analytics, globally
  • Synchronously coaching/mentoring marketers who are attempting to self-serve web analytics data, developing and executing monthly training sessions covering different web analytics related topics, developing and maintaining new and existing web analytics self-service documentation, and curating our web analytics self-service resource repository website
  • Managing the #web-analytics power user community on Slack, including authoring/publishing announcements and triaging questions asked by stakeholders
  • Ensuring that marketers understand how to get the most out of Google Analytics 360 in order to craft more intelligent marketing strategies and make data-informed decisions
  • Developing new and innovative web analytics training and enablement solutions that can scale to reach the maximum amount of users

Desired Skills/Experience: 

  • Expertise with Google Analytics 360
  • Expertise with Google Data Studio
  • Experience conducting training/enablement
  • Deep understanding of web tracking technology (working with a data layer, nuances of cookie based tracking, URL query parameter use, dimension scoping, etc.)
  • Moderate experience with using BigQuery to interact with web analytics data
