Responsibilities:
- Work with Product Owners to understand Product Vision, needs and priority of initiatives
- Review and analyze features
- Write high level user stories to review with ES Architect and ES Product Owner
- Schedule and facilitate sessions as needed with PO, EO, Product EM to review high level user story for completeness and accuracy
- Capture addition stories that may be needed
- Request channels to share information with ES, such as wireframes, mockups, channel requirements for ES
- Communicate to downstream consumers for impacted and regression testing due to service changes and/or follow ups once impacted services are moved to INT and/or QA environments
- Maintain the product backlog on the teams Story Card board, organize, prioritize, using proper templates and tagging
- Refine Product Backlog with ES Architect and ES Scrum Team
- Further defines the requirement into a well written solution
- Define acceptance criteria
- Review the card for completeness and accuracy
- Understand and be able to speak to the initiative, provide status at any given time to the Product Owner or Internal SOA Team Members
- Update SOA BOW status weekly with key message and Story/Points completed, in flight and planned
- Act with appropriate sense of urgency in communications and escalations
- Attend BSA team meetings, be an active participant by providing input on processes and mentoring/helping others on the team as needed
- Work with ES architect(s) as needed to understand ES application processes, functional, downstream and upstream behavior, dependencies and impacts
- Work with product owner and Scrum master to ensure successful sprint planning
- Create dashboards and metrics to follow deliverables
- Dive into data to troubleshoot and find impediments
- During ongoing Sprint, work with scrum team as needed to clarify requirements or any other support needed
- During implementation planning work with product owner and Scrum master to ensure smooth planning
- On implementation day, provide support as needed for a successful release
- 5+ years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst
- Agile Experience
- Strong communication skills to act as the liaison between the technical and the LOB
