Responsibilities:

• Focus is on creating content for business analysis training
• Will create PPT decks for for training at leadership level- directors, exec directors
• Collaborate with technology experts within the company to create training guide
• Training leaders to present on the content created by the instructional designer

Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in instructional design, or learning and development, or training manager
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication
• Very polished as they will be interacting with the leadership level 
• Fast paced work, self-motivated to hit deadlines
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile work
• Experience in management consulting
• PowerPoint, Microsoft office, google suite
• Needs to have understanding of technology + learning and development

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience as Big 5 technology consultant
• Graphic design experience
