Job summary: The People Leadership Development (PLD) Team is looking to onboard a *Program Lead* to manage development needs of Individual Contributors who aspire to take on People Leadership responsibilities in the future. This will include Individual Contributors with past People Leadership experience, Aspiring People Leaders without prior experience and alumni of milestone Salesforce Programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Finalization of content and delivery of Leader Boost calendar among identified target audiences 
  • Manage participant queries/escalations/ drive adoption and engagement
  • Identify resources/stakeholder groups and content most relevant for Aspiring People Leaders
  • Identify relevant Leader Boost content/update existing content /integrate new content
  • Update MISs/ templates /other channels of reporting (as needed)
  • Organize/host Engagement sessions for identified Leaders
  • Leverage Slack functionalities to help participants build meaningful networks and connections
  • Celebrate early wins, ensure design pivots basis feedback received for current/future interventions
  • Deliver and measure for impact, holistic developmental experiences and exposures for Aspiring People Leaders at scale
  • Identify suitable linkages with existing Salesforce systems, processes and practices to amplify impact
  • Manage stakeholders within/outside ES for greater adoption and advocacy
  • Explore synergies/possibilities to take the next step - from providing the necessary developmental inputs to ascertaining readiness as a People Leader
  • Create a broader engagement plan to bring to life the Salesforce way of People Leadership (by working with Senior Leaders and relevant stakeholders)
  • Refresh, add/ redefine content mapped as part of Leader Boosts with a lens of Equality, Inclusion and accessibility


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience and expertise in program management at scale
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Facilitation experience
  • Models our Great Characteristics, demonstrating personal accountability, constructive thinking and emotional intelligence
  • Knowledge of self-directed learning platforms and social learning platforms
  • Ability to work with local and virtual teams across time zones


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Slack
  • Experience using Google Suite
