Job Description: Our client is seeking an Operations Analyst who will support Service Assurance Managed Services Project Management Team. They will drive, design, implement and support collaboration, knowledgebase and project management systems and processes. In addition, analysis, identifies and implements efficiency improvements thru RPA methodologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Assists Service Assurance PM Team in driving implementation of activities for highly complex projects/programs for external/internal customers
  • Accountable for supporting SA-PM Team in timely project completion and delivery
  • Analyze Managed Enterprise Inventory and format into importable tables for use in ME support systems
  • Develops methodologies, procedures, and systems to produce project tracking and reporting
  • Demonstrates the ability to fully support ME-PM team to manage multiple complex projects
  • Preparation of quarterly project integrity audits, development & implementation of enhanced tracking, and reporting
  • Accountable for delivering process improvements, providing process management, support systems (SharePoint/Bamboo) and RPA consulting and be the subject matter expertise to direct the activities and systems for each project
  • Analyze, evaluate, design, install, operate, maintain and support robotic process automation systems, project management tool suites, SharePoint and Bamboo Platforms
  • Document development, maintenance and changes for all support systems, applications and RPA applications. In addition, develop and update processes and procedures
  • Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems
  • Identify/Analyze process risks/issues and inefficiencies
  • Design, deployment and testing experience with SharePoint 2013/2016/2019/Online controls preferred
  • User interface design, implementation and support of user interface
  • Actively seeks opportunities to transform the business and eliminate costs
  • Provide consistent feedback on improvement opportunities related to the process and projects
  • Strives to ensure that each project is high quality, meets the measures of success
 
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work-related experience
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Experienced with project management and coordination
  • Experienced with application, RPA and relation database development and support, especially on JavaScript, jQuery, Rest and SOAP API (SharePoint REST endpoints), Bootstrap 4.1.3, Python, Connecting to External Data Sources, SQL, MySQL, CAML and XML, C#, HTML and CSS, Sass, GIT / Versioning Techniques, Chart.js, Workflow Logic, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBi, Power App, Power Automate, Dataverse), and Service Now
  • Must be proficient in software applications and operating systems such as Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and 2016, Microsoft Windows 7, 10, Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel), Excel (ability to sort, filter, calculate formulas, link worksheets and knows keystroke shortcuts), with demonstrated skill in data gathering and analysis
  • Active Directory Upkeep and Automation
  • Must be proficient in the following application
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Ability to communicate project needs to internal and external teams and vendors
  • Utilize a consultative approach and maintain strong working relationships across multiple departments; internal and external
  • Ability to conduct meetings with stakeholders to determine objectives and execute on deliverables
  • Motivated self-starter with experience working in a fast-paced work environment is a must
  • Strong ability to provide leadership/mentoring to other team members
