  • Drive the execution and delivery of BI projects that are approved and funded
  • Guide complex technology projects from inception through delivery and support
  • Work in close partnership with IT and business leaders, including project, program, executive sponsors, all IT groups, as well as other leaders within the business and I
  • Facilitate defining objective
  • Create plans to achieve objective
  • Track / report progress against objectives and budget
  • Drive execution of key projects and program
  • Coach project team member
  • Improve project management processes
  • Provide overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work effort
  • Help establish new and improved project management processes and methodologies for IT organization to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adheres to high quality standards, and meets Stakeholder and Customer expectation
  • Be accountable for in-scope, on-schedule, on-budget and high-quality delivery of all assigned IT projects in the portfolio
  • Develop clear, business language presentations for senior leadership to support swift decision making, Risk management and issue resolution when needed
  • Maintain, socialize, and enforce the overall project management lifecycle
  • Work in conjunction with the VP of NA IT, IT leaders and other executives on key decision-making activities during project execution as needed
  • Mentor, coach, develop & encourage excellence from project teams and less experienced project manager
  • Continually upgrade and enhance knowledge of program / project management processes / methodologies and provide a key source of expertise when needed
  • Provide tactical and strategic input to IT leadership and other personnel on all aspects of projects being managed
  • Work with IT & business leadership to document a clear vision of a business problem or opportunity being addressed with IT services, and how it supports the business plan
  • Incorporate best practices into IT organization, beginning with project / program management practices

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience in Information Technology, working on projects with a focus on BI technologies
  • Demonstrated experience with planning, managing, and tracking multiple complex and major impact projects
  • Demonstrated experience with managing stakeholder expectations, implementing service improvement initiatives and communicating effectively with senior management
  • In-depth experience with business intelligence methods and approaches
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Effective team building, cross-collaboration skills
  • Experience with PowerBI and Tableau
  • Understanding data needs
  • Building dashboards for business groups

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Hana, SAP NetWeaver (business warehouse)
  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Azure cloud experience
  • Experienced in delivering BI Projects with knowledge of SAP BW, BW/4Hana
  • Experience operating in a manufacturing environment
  • Six Sigma Blackbelt
