Job Summary:  We are looking for a Quality Engineer with strong testing, programming, and automation skills to work in our team responsible for automation and testing our Talent CRM product implementation. We work in small, autonomous teams with integrated development, product management, quality engineering, and user experience.

As a Quality Engineer, you will focus on testing end-to-end use cases of the whole product - implementation, together with other products in the domain. You also provide oversight and testing expertise to the development teams and are together responsible for the regular functional testing of the features.

Duties:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for a Talent CRM technology or feature area.
  • Participate in feature design to define integration test plans within and across teams, with a focus on functional, business, complex scenarios, high-impact projects, usability, and accessibility
  • Define and execute test plans for end-to-end and cross-product integration testing based on real customer use cases
  • Automate test cases and improve/develop test automation frameworks
  • Support scrum teams in their quality efforts by reviewing their test plans and test automation coverage
  • Monitor product and/or feature-level quality health metrics (testability, test health, test coverage, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot production issues
  • Influence and drive quality, product, and process beyond the immediate scrum team


Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years of software engineering, quality assurance/engineering, usability, or business analysis experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
  • Prior Talent CRM exposure & hands-on with Salesforce application testing
  • Experience with CRM/3rd party Software/Recruiting Implementation
  • Experience working on Recruitment domain-related projects
  • Experience in writing test plans, test cases, and bug tracking
  • Ability to write comprehensive end-to-end test cases for integration testing
  • Programming and scripting abilities across a range of languages e.g. Python, Java, Ruby, etc.
  • Experience with developer and testing tools like Selenium, git, TestNG, Maven, and Visual Studio/IntelliJ IDE
  • Effectively communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner and ability to coordinate cross-team efforts
  • Experience with Agile development methodology
  • Passion for learning and working with others to improve yourself, the team, the product, and the company
  • Ability to work in a distributed and fast-paced environment
  • Cucumber(BDD), JavaScript, and UI/API automation knowledge are good to have
  • Experience in UAT testing
  • Functional knowledge of the features in the Recruitment Domain
  • Functional knowledge of Workday
  • Experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools
