Job Summary:  Our client is looking for a Project Manager specializing in Change Management to join their Seattle team.  The Project Manager will be working with Global Sales/Fields teams, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Technical/Reporting Teams in a matrixed organization with many competing priorities. Experience with project planning, status reporting, cross-functional teams, and change management is a must. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: structured, detail oriented (big focus), willingness to roll up one's sleeves and dig in, collaborative, high emotional intelligence, ability to communicate at multiple levels in clear and concise ways, and ability to identify project dependencies and to remove obstacles with a positive attitude in a complex environment.


  • Leading project management of audit and compliance project efforts across the Tableau Partners
  • Managing a specific business project across different cross-functional (Compliance, Sales Operations) teams to meet business objectives
  • Facilitating effective delivery of multiple project components (business + operational) related to compliance initiative
  • Communicating weekly status communications to stakeholders on project deliverables/milestones
  • Managing the activities of up to 5 people across various teams to achieve strategic goals
  • Overseeing dependencies and removing obstacles that pose a risk to program success across multiple functional organizations and project teams
  • Facilitating healthy relationships across program teams with diverse technical & non-technical roles

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 3-5 years in consulting functions or organizations leading business/operations programs and projects
  • 5+ business projects across multiple cross-functional teams or change management programs
  • Experience in managing large-scale Business initiatives and implementing these across multiple geographies. Experience in working with the sales/field team is a plus.
  • Demonstrated organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills with the ability to work well in a cross-functional environment
  • Ability to successfully collaborate with multiple functions in project execution with business leaders, and business operations
  • Ability to lead in an matrixed climate and lead all aspects of project delivery
  • Strong project management skills
