Job Summary: Customer Support


  • First point of contact for Customers for problem recording.
  • Customer verification, problem validation and documentation.
  • Ticket Management.
  • Status customer on a regular basis.
  • Manage escalations.
  • Interface with internal and external contacts.
  • Adhere to SLAs, processes and tools.
  • Basic trouble shooting routers/circuits.

  • PC skills including Microsoft Office
