Product Marketing Manager Consultant 

Need B2B Product Marketing Management Consultant to lead and manage multiple initiatives to support the migration of a large number of legacy customers to a new set of products and services. The Consultant will support the creation and implementation of marketing strategy, collateral development, and execution of programs working with Sales, Marketing Communications, and other stakeholder teams. 

The ideal candidate should have at least 7-10 years of work experience preferably with telecom and/or call center products and services. Candidates must have demonstrated marketing experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. You must be comfortable working in a matrixed organization and be able to juggle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Candidates should have the experience to be able to step in the role immediately and take ownership of projects, run conference call meetings, present recommendations, and collaborate with colleagues on tasks and implementation processes. Experience with executing multi-tactical marketing programs is required. Experience with Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook required. 

Responsibilities include: 
- Lead customer migration marketing initiatives and projects including creating programs, tactics, and execution plans. 
- Write technical marketing materials, customer presentations, and process documentation and work with stakeholders for feedback. 
- Support outbound telemarketing campaigns including list management, script creation, training, and measurement of results. 
- Guide Sales teams on customer migrations, training, answering product questions, and become a subject matter expert on team calls. 
- Partner with Marketing Communications team to help drive targeted campaigns, measure results, and develop new positioning ideas. 
- Support product positioning, pricing and promotion reviews, and conversion processes as appropriate. 
- Support development and implementation of customer incentives by working with Product, Pricing, and Sales teams. 
- Manage and measure sales campaigns; troubleshoot and understand drivers; resolve problems. 
- Work with Project Management team to ensure all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. 
- Other responsibilities as needed
