  • Reasonable Accommodation Partner engages in the interactive process with colleagues and management to assist colleagues with disabilities who require workplace accommodations that enable them to perform the essential functions of their position
  • Explores and recommends potential solutions to support requests for accommodations


  • Experience with ADAAA, understanding of FMLA, and similar state regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with challenging callers and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must have multitasking skills to manage inbound and outbound calls while documenting information received.
  • Use of a case management system for all steps in the process is required, so prior use of case management software is recommended


  • Experience in administering reasonable accommodation requests and an understanding of ADAAA requirements.
  • Discretion in dealing with confidential information.


  • High School Diploma or GED required. BS/BA in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Additional related training or certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SPHR certification) a plus.
