Job Description & Responsibilities

Help enable marketing tactics by providing technical expertise in areas such as market segmentation, data extraction for outbound campaigns, the creation and processing of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), and report creation to measure campaign effectiveness. You will also work closely with marketing campaign managers to recommend best practices around audience targeting. Our ideal candidate will possess a combination of business acumen and technical expertise.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to build targeted lists for email, direct mail, digital advertising, and outbound calling campaigns
  • Create Adobe Audience Manager (AAM) segmentations for advertising, remarketing, and personalization efforts
  • Develop programmatic means for importing and extracting data from our data warehouses and business systems
  • Assist marketing analysts with reporting and dashboard projects as needed
  • Implement nurture and drip campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that campaign targets and leads are aligned with strategic objectives
  • Create automation and standardization projects to support Data Stewardship Program


Skills, Experiences, Knowledge

  • Experience building segmentation and dynamic lists in Pardot
  • Strong experience developing SQL queries
  • Intermediate knowledge with Adobe Experience Cloud (AAM, AA), Power BI
  • Advanced Excel skills including formula, VBA and Macros
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing data, marketing automation, or marketing technology role
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience using
  • Experience developing data driven marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional data analysis and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate findings visually, verbally, and in writing
  • Bachelor's in marketing, information systems, computer science, or related field


Nice-to-have skills/experiences

  • Experience with IDQ (Informatica Data Quality)
