Job Title: Process Analyst


Job Description & Responsibilities

Candidate will support routines in place for Process Disruption and Business Continuity within the Treasury Fulfillment Service Operations business. Associate will monitor technology outages for impact to clients and/or TFSO processes. Upon identification of relevant outages, associate will gather additional information from systems, dashboard reporting and technical/business partners and communication outages to manager and TFSO Senior Management. 

Candidate should be able to effectively communicate to senior leadership and FLU audience during Process Disruption and Physical Events. Develop and maintain effective partnership with business, compliance and risk teammates 

  • There are several systems that this group monitors for potential technology outages 
  • Each ticket is associated to an Application within Treasury Fulfillment Services 
  • There are Predefined severity levels for each incident 
  • This person is responsible for communicating these outages to the client facing servicing teams - both written and verbally 
  • Each time a new incident is opened to the technology team, tech will triage the event, and this person will participate in business triage calls to determine the impact of the outage, potential work around and this person will have to disseminate the information to senior leadership teams 
  • This person will have to understand the impact of the outage-how does it impact client, our associates, etc. 
  • Must be able to handle incident escalations 
  • Written and verbal communication skills are key-this person will be sending these communications out to the clients daily 
  • Must be able to assess quickly issues or incidents quickly 
  • There are step by step process flows how to handle every system, but looking for someone who is going to think more not a box checker 
  • Analytical skills and independent thinker
