Job Description & Responsibilities
Potomac District Fiber to the Cell Project Management
Constant collaboration (Email, Phone, conference calls, tracking spreadsheets) with partner organizations (Engineering, Construction, I&M, ICT, OCO, PMO; Service Organization) to manage day-to-day flow of Fiber to the Cell orders from start to finish. Weekly Coordination with Wireless Carriers on updates for all current projects.


JOB DUTIES:

Constant collaboration (Email, Phone, conference calls, tracking spreadsheets) with partner organizations (Engineering, Construction, I&M, ICT, OCO, PMO; Service Organization) to manage day-to-day flow of Fiber to the Cell orders from start to finish. Weekly Coordination with Wireless Carriers on updates for all current projects.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Planning and organization skills in a dynamic and high pressure work environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
• Experience with OSP engineering and processes
• Experience in Engineering systems (e.g. UUI, vBuild)
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to act independently with a sense of urgency and appropriately escalate issues as required
• Ability to work in a cross functional capacity between various internal and external organizations
• Ability to balance multiple projects with varying priorities
