Job Description:

1.      What top skills are most important for this job?

a.      Some kind of project/program/product management skill (bonus if it’s in the                   Advertising space)

b.      Vendor/Partner Management (bonus if it’s in the AdTech space)

c.      Some kind of cloud data experience (AWS, Azure…)

d.      Bonus points if they have experience in Advertising/Ad Operations.

 

2.      What would an average day look like for this job?

a.      Negotiate contracts with vendors (5%)

b.      Project manage deliveries from vendors (20%)

c.      Validate data from vendors (20%)

d.      Co-Ordinate with sales/ad operations/analytics on 3rd party projects (50%)

e.      Documentation and communications of current statuses (5%)

 

3.      What education or certifications are needed for this this job?

a.      None – exposure beats certification in this case.

 

4.      Is there a certain experience level you are looking for? If so, please explain what that is.

a.      Prefer 1+ years’ experience. But broad exposure on items listed in 1) preferred than specialization on just one of the points.

 

5.      What would the interview process look like? With the holiday’s approaching, will             you be OOO for some time?

a.      I can do calls all days except 24-27th Dec. I should be in the office most of that             time.

b.      If we happen to get lucky and do an in-person interview I should be in the office             most days.

 

This Company has developed a proprietary ad platform that leverages unique first party TV data to help brands connect to their audience as they explore content across desktop, mobile, tablets and our SMART TVs. The Company's Ad Platform delivers high-quality audience targeting powered by three key components: first-party audience data at scale, world-class data science, and brand-safe cross-device ad inventory. The candidate will be responsible for

•       Maintain program of first and third party data partnerships

•       Support integrations, implementation, and seller education

•       Manage partner performance and collaboration

Primary Responsibilities:

•       Maintain program of first and third party data partnerships

•       Define needs fulfilled by each partner

•       Direct partner onboarding processes across multiple teams

•       Maintain day to day operational integrity of each integration

•       Direct the creation of GTM materials for each partner, with product marketing

•       Create, document and maintain cross-functional standard operating procedures             for partners

•       Lead partner QBRs, set performance KPIs, monitor use and expenditure

•       Prioritize partner enhancements

•       Provide input to Product and Engineering on technology needs

Qualifications / Related Skills:

•       1+ years’ experience in Project / Program / Product or Vendor Management.

•       1+ years’ experience in using cloud storage platform such as AWS, Google                    Cloud or Microsoft Azure.

•       Experience in data licensing and targeting.

•       Experience in media and advertising.

•       Extensive experience with major data vendors strongly preferred.

•       Experience in SQL or other data languages preferred.

•       Business Analyst / Documentation experience considered advantageous.

•       Understand and communicate targeting value propositions

•       Partner and internal stakeholder consulting and support

•       Ability to facilitate complex internal projects across multiple stakeholders

Other requirements:

•       Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects (multi-task in a fast-paced                      environment)

•       Ability to work well independently and be self-motivated

•       Work collaboratively across departments to refine team processes, standards,               tools

•       Experience in a corporate environment and interdepartmental communications              required
