Job Description: The Operations Coordinator for the Brand Studio will be primarily responsible for managing studio project tasks via Workfront, coordinating team meetings, and processing requests via email. This position will support the studio operations team and will assist with communication between the creative team and marketing team.

 

Responsibilities:

•Coordinates the intake of creative requests •Manages project tasks in Workfront and identifies late tasks and outstanding questions •Supports weekly team meetings •Manages intake of Level I projects •Ensures all stakeholders are informed of deadlines / deliverables •Works with cross functional teams as needed to meet project objectives •Compiles and manages Workfront reporting •Routes and assigns tasks to members of team •Prepares weekly status reports and leads status meetings with team to review due dates •Prepares time schedules for each project •Ensures deadlines are met •Develops and implements process improvements to workflows •Serves as liaison between the creative team, stakeholders and studio managers •Additional studio responsibilities as assigned

 

Requirements:

•Minimum 2 years’ marketing, studio or agency experience •Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel •Preferred experience with Workfront or other creative project management tools •Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, and work in a dynamic, fast paced environment •Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative and creative problem solving skills •Uncompromising attention to detail and high quality standards •Excellent project management skills and ability to organize complex projects •A ‘can-do’ attitude and passion for design •Ability to follow through and thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.

•Ability to re-prioritize as necessary in order to meet last minute deadlines •Familiarity with online marketing and marketing terms •Excellent oral and written communication skills •Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to effectively work independently, as well as part of a team.
