GLOBAL CHANGE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field
  • 7+ years change management and communication experience, preferably in a large company with focus on large-scale IT initiatives and employee communications 
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change with demonstrated results; Prosci or other change management certification desired
  • Exceptional project management experience with complex programs requiring tight alignment with goals and objectives
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with experience explaining complex concepts 
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English, Spanish a plus

  • Reports to the Global Communications Manager, IT / Digital Transformation
