SAINT LOUIS, MISSOURI - JANUARY 21, 2022 – Shannon Hernandez, a 15-year veteran of talent solutions firm KellyMitchell Group, Inc., has been promoted to Executive Vice President. In this role, she will continue to oversee the company’s Enterprise, Strategic and MSP partnerships on a national level, ensuring it exceeds expectations with each partnership engagement and helping client partners overcome workforce challenges. Hernandez began her career with KellyMitchell as a Business Development Manager and has since held various leadership roles, most recently serving as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships based in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. During her tenure, Hernandez has played a critical role by forging long-term relationships with national Fortune 500 partners to generate success for clients and candidates.
